Seriously! Think about what you just said to try and justify a silly argument. The rules are the rules. To this date, nobody has confirmed that Trump committed Insurrection, at least not legally. There is nothing on his wrap sheet that says that. However, and before anyone attacks my *** I am voting for Biden but this SCOTUS judgement is correct for once.

It's impossible for him to have committed insurrection on January 6th because HE WAS PRESIDENT on January 6th. You can't commit an insurrection against YOURSELF.
