Hamas isn't about making their lives better, they use Palestinian lives as meat shields while their leadership hides in other countries. Palestinian citizens need help, but that can't happen nearly as easily if Israel disappears from the area. Just this mere attitude could inspire incredible amounts of anti-semitism in the area.

The Israeli state has been nothing but a colonial occupier on the Palestinian people. They've been bombing Palestinians for decades now. How exactly is "the Israeli state needs to end their colonial apartheid and occupation against Palestine and the Palestinian people" a controversial take here? What even is the alternative, coexistence between an oppressive nation and the nation they've been bombing and/or stealing the land of?

The other option is Hamas doing the EXACT same thing with even more human rights violations. America can manage Israel, we can help the Palestinians and Israelis, to try and find some way to forge peace and get the two into one. There's not a good option, but I KNOW that giving Palestine over to Hamas, along with Israel, is one of the worst.

Who said anything about "giving Palestine and Israel over to Hamas"..? Palestine, and the Palestinian people, need to be liberated from the Israeli oppression that created Hamas to begin with. The Palestinian people deserve liberation from both.

And right now, they don't have that option. Is it a desirable goal we should try and achieve? Without a shadow of a doubt, but we need to destroy Hamas right now, they're clearly the worse one here.

You say "clearly" as if the Israeli state hasn't dropped more bombs on Palestine in less than a week than the number of bombs the US dropped on the Middle East during any month of the previous two decades. The Israeli state is literally committing genocide, they have been actively doing war crimes long before this recent Hamas attack. The difference in casualties is staggeringly disproportionate against the Palestinians. I absolutely do not think Hamas is the bigger concern right now, by any metric.
